I generally look at actual garment measurements when clothes shopping for my 65cm guys. I've ended up with some SD and 70cm stuff for them. Shade's suit (seen below) was billed as being for a 70cm. It fit him in the chest and waist but the sleeves and pant legs were about 3cm too long and had to be hemmed.
