Its Sakura display season again at the flower dome. This year is somewhat special as 10 dolls were on loan to the gardens to be part of the festivities. I'm still shooting on an off since the dolls ate my batteries on the one day I was able to attend in daytime. :lol:

Pre Setup

1/1 Teahouse

A variety of Sakura chosen for display to ensure blooms throughout the event.

A roaming doll who makes appearances on random nights.

Wow! I wish Hazel could be there! It looks amazing! What will they do with the miniature sets afterwards?

Thanks so much for sharing this event with us! I've seen your pictures for several years now, it is so cool to be able to see holiday celebrations from the other side of the world.

That I would like to know too. The teahouse makes for quite a lovely playset. From what I seen of the place so far, they reuse some of their sets.

This is super cool. I've been seeing some pictures in the Facebook Smart Doll group I'm in and wow.

I didn't know that the dolls were "on loan". I thought they were just dolls that people brought with them!

Part two,

A large portion of which involves this doll running around finding spots to sip tea and hang out with her selfie taking teammate...

They keep reusing that bridge, its blocked off though.

This section is now in bloom.
