Hybrid help? Obitsu/Volks

I would like to put a DD 03 head on a 50cm Obitsu body, but I'm not sure which head color would match best. Help please?

Obitsu White Skin, the color most 50cms come in, is a very close match to Volks Normal.

Awesome, thanks! Hrm...have you heard of the DD Sister? The reason I'm even getting the Obitsu is to be a substitute until the real thing comes out. Do you think they'd make it in white skin?

Yes, that was announced a couple of months back. I'm curious to see the new elbow design up close, and whether or not Volks made any improvements to the rest of the DD skeleton.

Unless you're lusting specifically after one of the Dollfie Dream fullset anime characters, Obitsu is the real thing.

By "it" do you mean the Dollfie Dreams (DD2 and/or DDS)? Most of the DD characters have been Volks normal skin. I know the first DDDy full set of Kanu was done in tan, but I don't recall any white skins. You can buy the blank white skin DD2 only, no DDDy or MDD. I don't know about the DDS yet. Volks white skin is very white, almost ivory white.

Volks does not make any realistic heads for their Dollfie Dream lines. Of course you could put an Obitsu or resin head on the DDS. For the moment, the only way to get a DDS is to purchase one of two fullsets, which are anime characters. To my knowledge Volks has yet to announce when the DDS body will be available separately.

AFAIK DD Rei new version and DD Saber Alter are white skin characters.
