Meanwhile, in Sunny California we are having record-breaking high temperatures. 83 in Santa Rosa yesterday (we went there to buy plants for the garden).

My Obitsu crew decides to help with the planting....


Umka (55cm boy with Joshua head), Prima (modded 60 cm bjd with Gretel head and 55 cm legs), Capri (50cm with Haruka head with elf ears), Lucette (47 cm body with mature bust, Sheba head), Marie (modded 60 cm bjd with 55 cm legs, Haruka head). Seated on wagon- Gunj (50 cm body with Shinydoll resin head- the resin and vinyl are a perfect match).



Umka and Prima. SInce Umka has such white hair and fair skin and eyes, he is hard to photograph in this light.

I love them all. Quick question, why 55cm legs on the ladies? Just curious.

Obitsu 60cm have this "legs up to the neck" kind of look. I'm guessing she wants to make them look a little less leggy.

Yep, Ms. Geek is right. Actually, I didn't mind the length so much, and I actually like the 60 cm thighs much better for the girls (more shapely), but I wanted Prima to be shorter than her escort, a "60" cm Elfdoll Red who is actually more like 58cm. So that was why I originally modded her legs by cutting them down. Then when the 55 cm legs came out I switched them out because the other ones were so hacked up. Marie's legs were also pretty hacked up. I think for me the best would be 60 cm thighs with 55 cm shins, but not sure if that would work.
With a haruka head, the "50" cm is actually more like 52 cm. Prima is now about 53 or 54, so when they are all together there is really not that much difference in height. The "55" boy with default head is also about 53 or so, NOT 55, although I haven't measured him now that he has the Joshua head.

I just wondered. Thanks! I like the shins on the 55cm much better as well and Highlander wondered the same thing you did (if you could do 60cm thighs and 55cm shins). The calves on the 60cm narrow a LOT.
