I think Greyhaunt has a B&G girl, you could ask her.

I've got a B&G boy, and he poses pretty well. His knees and elbows are double-jointed. He also has a torso joint, but I don't see the point of that one as it really doesn't actually DO anything. The inner joint isn't rounded, so he can't bend side-to-side. Maybe twist a little but nothing impressive. Other than that, he does pose well. He stands very steadily on his own - I've left him standing on my desk for several hours and he never teetered - and he sits well without flopping over. Plus, I just love his resin.
