Well, 2 of them I ordered through a Taobao representative so they got shipped together, but it was total coincidence that the Soom doll arrived on the same day! Lucky for me they arrived when everyone was out too so I could be spared the "MORE DOLLS?!!!" looks and exclamations.
First, during Soom's free choice event, I bought a Hyperon in cream white with Gluino hands. I would have liked normal skin, but that wasn't one of the choices :/ Still he looks good in white and I probably won't even notice once I get him painted up in the spring ^_^
Then I did end up getting my Asleep Eidolon Crystal mermaid XD She was something like $300 cheaper buying from the Chinese site rather than through English representatives. I didn't actually think she was going to come with everything, but she did. Both sets of fins, bras, harps and the human legs. Even came painted and with glitter. Why do I have bad luck with company faceups though? My mother's camera is so bad that you can't see it well in the picture, but her chin is redder than her cheeks and it looks like she fell down and hit her chin on something. I'm kind of second guessing myself now... I was having trouble deciding between Crystal and Lorelei before and now I wonder if I shouldn't have gotten Lorelei instead. Crystal is cute, but I wish I could have seen them side by side before choosing.
And lastly, I had bought a Grown body from Ring Doll. Originally I wanted to use it for my Loong Soul Ken head, but that head is waaay too big for this body. I did have an Obsidius head though that was too small for other bodies and happens to fit the Ring Grown body really well, so I think I'll keep him! The jointed hands that I bought with the body are very loosely strung, but I'm afraid to try to tighten them. They are perfect scale for the body, but are very slim compared to other jointed hands. They fingers don't splay as widely as Loong Soul hands, but better than Soom's hands. I think if they were strung tightly the fingers would have trouble posing in anything but curled or straight positions, so loose stringing might actually be a good thing on these.
