Quidam: Ivan is one of those characters I came up with when I was 19 and sitting in some philosophy 101 or intro to philosophy type class. The lesson that day was on existentialism. So I'm doodling in my margins and I draw this sexy vampire with more hair than he knows what to do with. Ivan has been in my brain ever since. Of the characters I've ever introduced here, he's the only one that didn't come after (or was greatly influenced by) the doll. Although thinking back, I'm not sure I was 100% on making the doll Ivan when I bought it, I'd had this idea of doing something else but then Ivan sort of jumped in there. I think? It was 3 years ago and I don't remember.

HA! I think I already do. I really want to buy him a spiffy suit to wear to formal events. I think it would be cute to make him an official "Dracula" outfit with the waistcoat and cape and such.
