Miro Green

I requested a Green Girl #5 aka "Annie" and Miro is working on samples of the new skin color. I'm not quite sure if that means chips or an actual test doll but either way I'll keep you all posted. After seeing their burnt sugar, blue and lilac I can't wait to see what they do with green. I really need an SD doll to sew on and I got to thinking that's what I wanted, and with their prices I can actually afford it so I'm going for it.

This is Miro's green. It's nice and bright just like I asked for, just a bit more blue, but still it has enough yellow in it for the skin tone to be quite attractive I think. She's pretty close to Kelly green so it works for me! I just killed the plastic to order "Annie" and according to Mangotree at Miro she should ship in about a week. So I'll have pics for you all to see soon. This green is now official at Miro. It's on the list for their dolls as a special order color option so my big green "Annie" will have plenty of kindred soon I think. I'm excited. I've got major plans for this girl.

Shipped and en route and it only took them about 30 hours from the order! I am so impressed! These are the pics that Mangotree sent me. Better ones later this week but isn't she just gorgeous? My big green girl is almost home!

Beautiful! Can't wait to see what you do with her! I admit I did not like their "lilac" (more magenta to me) or their blue, but this green is very well done.

I did not at first but then they really grew on me. I would not mind a Wind in blue or lilac I think, though to me the lilac is more violet. There's a bit of yellow in the green that's hard to see except in the head pic. They overexposed the other pics and her skin looks more blue than it really is I think. She's due Friday afternoon. I can't wait. I'm going to have so much fun facing her up, lol...

Green Annie is home and she is PERFECT. Can't type much, got company today from out of state and I won't be able to take pics and stuff till later tonight, but I did quickly open her up to check her and to air her out and she is 100% perfect. No sanding lines at all and I don't see any chips or anything. She's a gorgeous green too. I am so impressed! Oh, and I am not sure but she came with my first freebie, I think. I don't have time to read the packing list but I didn't order shoes and there were some with. Pink girly shoes with rhinestone heart clasps. Not really her style. She's a bit of a goth girl here, but still very, very cute and likely I will save them for another doll down the road, probably my Dai when I finally get her. More later, got to get back to entertaining our company, sigh...
