Hi, I wanted to ask everyone about Obitsu and Mirodoll hybrid.

I just bought Mirodoll 60 cm girl body in Normal skin tone. I want to make my first BJD to look like an anime charachter and so I don't buy their head and going to buy obitsu P-chan head (because it's cheap and easier to obtain )

What I want to ask is, which Obitsu skin tone that match Mirodoll NS? Their WS or NS? Also is their head quite proportional with the body? I'm okay if it feel a bit bigger, but if it smaller, it's not good. If possible, please post the comparison photo so I can see it clearly.

from looking at their charts, i think the obitsu WS would be close-ish, but i'm not 100% sure. i know the WS was too pink for the tan body i got from mirodoll, but it was the right light-ness.
not 100% on it though, probably more obitsu people need to pop in on this. :/

I heard that Obitsu WS is great for any other doll NS tone, however I'm quite a perfectionist, so I would like it to be quite compatible.
Hope anyone with Mirodoll and obitsu can answer my question.

It looks like P-chan only comes in (Obitsu) white skin.

I'm going to buy their blank head which have option for NS and WS.
P-chan faceup is cute but I'm going to paint other eye using their head shape.

Is your delion using NS mirodoll body? If so can you post a photo of it standing beside your obitsu? Or maybe describe with details how match their skin tone is? Sorry for the inconvenience but I would like to know how exactly their difference is

Compare the right hand to Hazel's shoulder. Delion's head isn't Mirodoll. I got the body from Trethowan, I believe it's NS. It looks better in person.

Thank you very much for the photo, quite hard to see since I have to compare his hand that is covered with some of Hazel's hair. If my eyes is true, looks like obitsu is a bit lighter, but probably can be fixed with some blushing

I've got a WS Obitsu and a NS Mirodoll floating around somewhere in my ocean of boxes. They're in boxes under more boxes or I'd drag 'em out and photograph them for you. I'm wanting to say they're pretty darn close, the NS Miro might be a little peachier. I think the Miro in general are peachy creamy while the NS obitsu is just creamy.

The vinyl WS obitsu head would be a little lighter probably but nobody ever notices slight differences because the face-up, blushing, and clothes typically hide any differences.

Thank you for the detailed confirmation! I would like to see the comparison photo but I don't want you to sink in boxes and more boxes lol

And yeah, if I blush it with peachy pink, I think it will be very close, at least I hope people won't notice it's a hybrid doll and I would like it to be as wonderful as possible for my first BJD ever since I probably will never buy another one soon....
Maybe buying other head but having a floating head in my room kinda... disturbing, for me at least
