rare-earth magnets, in both her bare feet and her boots. (the feet have to be removed to put the boots on)
even then, whether magnetized to a metal surface like my desk lamp, or, to the metal-surfaced stand she came with, her bulbous head and massive pigtails make her prone to taking a tumble sooner or later, so using the support arm with her stand is definitely recommended...
