I made some mixed scale props!

Mostly clay foods. I used the Premo Sculptey. Man that stuff stinks while it bakes. I had to air out the house.

Sorry these are cell phone pictures so the quality is a little off.

Micah shows off apples in three sizes.

Because fake poo is awesome.

I got a kick out of half-eaten grapes.

I think the carrots are my favorite for the realism.

I ran out of yellow so I only made one corn.

Inspired by the oranges molding in the bottom of my refrigerator.

I don't like these. I couldn't get the ridges that bananas usually have and I struggled with realistic colors. I'll try again when I get more yellow.

I think the bananas look awesome! And I love the moldy oranges too LOL. Really inspirational work on all of those - I'm so lazy I use eraser foods LOL

That's great! Especially the half eaten grapes and the moldy oranges! It is a house full of boys!

Great detailing. I like the way the carrots looks and the detailing of the corn.

hehe... thanks guys. I was inspired by the oranges growing green fuzz at the bottom drawer of my fridge. Some of the apples have bruises on them. ha. I've made a few other silly things, like a stick of butter with crumbs all in it. XD Next I'm going to attempt hamburgers, hotdogs, ramen noodle squares, and things like that. I think making tiny service ware will be really difficult but I want to be able to set a table and have larger forks.

You could check out the earring making section in your craft store (click or brick). I had seen some cutlery that are close to 1/3 scale before. Stylewise its pretty simple or Victorian fancy.
