So I just posted about my little bird Lyric and her wings on the in-progress thread, and I've posted several pic of Victor the Dragon, but I wanted to make a general one to show my ever-growing collection of 3D printed dolls/doll parts. Some are bought, but many were made with my Dad's printer.

Here are some of the first 3D printed pals of mine, Little Man and his alpaca herd

Phoenix, an old Kid Delf, was missing elbow joint so a new one was sculpted and printed based on the old one. He's got a prosthetic now :D you can see it in his right arm.

Then finally, my big beauty...Annika! Printed at home from a free design and painted by me, she poses wonderfully and photographs quite well too. Best part? In total, she took less than a week to make and cost only a few dollars in plastic!

If anyone else has some as well, I'd love to see!

Oh, you have that robot girl! I've been hoping for years to someday make a local friend with a 3D printer. XD

My husband has been trying to make one of these for me and somehow keeps messing it up.

A wonderful, beautiful mess?

I'm good enough at messes, I'm thinking doll sized things, custom head sculpts and working up to a whole doll.

To be generous and throw out some ideas I personally would love art supplies in realistic 1/4 and 1/3 scales. I have Rement and Barbie sized stuff but nothing for the balljoints.

Yes, but a beautiful mess is when the outcome of a fun but doubtful process turns out very very good.

I have a list of stuff I want to 3D Print, and I have access to a lab that can do stuff, but to do stuff costs money or you provide the materials.
