Dollieh Sanctuary

So last weekend, I attended New York Comic Con/Anime Fest in New York City. It was HUGE (mind-bogglingly so). There were lots of venders, artists, and exhibits. But out of the many, many booths to visit, I had one at the top of my list: SOOM Korea ^.^

Two Korean ladies were in charge of the booth, and though they had a little trouble understanding what I was saying, they were very kind and even let me take pictures of their beautiful dolls. There was a guest book that I signed, and I even had a moment of weakness and bought a pretty pair of peach/turquoise acrylic eyes from them.

So here is their lovely doll collection! The 60cm elf girl was a con exclusive (and she was my favorite). If memory serves, prices ranged from about $350 for a mini centaur to maybe $750 for the elf woman and gorgeous claw-footed angel-winged man.

gaaah too many gorgeous Soom dolls in one place! I love that elf girl and I'm pretty sure the winged guy is their latest MD, a tiger man. *swoons* Too much pretty!

I also adored the clothes. They were so detailed and pretty in person. The pictures I took are awful and don't do any of the dolls justice, lol

Soom is always intense. Hooray for fantasy parts! (that sounds wrong....)
