Belle's robe and some jewelry

They're too sexy for their clothing - but they have to wear them anyway! Did you buy it? Did you make it? Who cares - let'm strut their stuff here!

Belle's robe and some jewelry

This is a robe called Hallow's Night from Designs by Jude. I messed up and printed the pattern out at the wrong size, but even when I re-did the bodice and sleeves, the front still wouldn't come close to closing, so I added a fancy clasp to hold it. I didn't have enough material to re-cut the skirt, so I just lengthed it with extra lace at the bottom.

I'm not thrilled with it, but it's adaquate for now. The material is just cheapo 1-way stretch panne velvet and the bodice lining is from a satin cut from an old bridesmaids' dress I had.

I also found a set of necklace and earrings from Walmart for only $5 and cut it down to fit her.

I can post some pics and instructions (and where to find the rhinestone links) if anyone is interested. I'm seriously thinking of going back and getting the rest to make some to sell. They are perfect for the big girls.

Wow, that turned out great!

What a cool idea for jewelry. I'll have to remember that for when my Ju comes home.
