World of Warcraft

Postby Evelien » Tue May 07, 2013 1:49 am

So, yeah.. I started playing again. I've been playing WoW on and off since 2005. Eek. Until now, I last played WoW two years ago.. and I then said I'd NEVER start playing again. But there's just something about WoW that keeps pulling me back in.

Figured I might as well start a topic about it . We won't be able to meet ingame by the way, as I'm on a European server and I doubt any of you are

I really enjoy WoW and also Skyrim. I like the social gameplay of WoW and I think the artwork within the game is more exciting. I get tired of the grind sometimes and I certainly don't play as often as I used to. In fact, I usually play during December. Just once a year? I know, it seems insane. I'm just too busy these days.

I play when I'm stressed, but I don't like spending the money for a month of gameplay just because I'm stressed. I'm actually not all that social on it; I'm not a horribly social gamer, I just like setting a goal for myself for a day (ie: gain a level today or finish ten quests) and do that to relax when I'm in the middle of other things.

I recently started playing as well. Speaking of which if anyone is interested, I'd happily trade battle tags, just PM me. :D
A hobby isn't supposed to leave you wistful, regretful and vaguely disappointed. BJD collecting is as customizable as the dolls themselves. Do whatever pleases you the most, because otherwise, why do it at all? All for the 'Gram Bitches love the 'Gram.

We used to play. We keep talking about maybe playing again, but my interest wanes pretty fast and Hubby wasn't that jazzed about Pandaria, so I doubt we'll be subscribing any time soon.

I love the pandas. It's got that Asian style so of course I was pretty jazzed about it.

Well, I got sucked into an MMORPG, but it wasn't WoW... >_>
I have so many dolls that I can't fit all their names in my signature anymore. @__@

Skyrim is fun. I get frustrated though with the inability to get in city chat and ask for tips and/or advice. Or just to troll. Trolling can be fun.

I haven't played MMORPGs since NCSoft murdered City of Heroes. Every one I tried was an utter disappointment.

I'm thinking about giving NWN a try since so many of my fellow cross-over guild members are playing it right now. My husband and I have tried going back to WoW a couple of times, but it just doesn't hold our interest for long, unfortunately.
