Eep, this is my first photoshoot in "the wild"... I didn't realize there'd be so many people out at 7:30 in the morning. I had the perfect place in mind, near a park on a bike path, but then someone showed up with two dogs, so I kept walking. I ended up chickening out and coming back home, shot some photos indoors, but wasn't happy... so went back out to a different area which is a bit quieter, but still had several vehicles drive by in the couple of minutes I was setting up and taking pics. The whole thing was a bit unnerving, and doesn't bode well for my confidence on future shoots, especially once the SD girls arrive. ^^;

She looks great on her bike, we're jealous. I've been wanting to get Allison a bike since I saw Miss Sapphire's in the MADh Vinyl photostory but haven't found one she's liked yet. (Granted we also haven't seen many, but also haven't had a chance to visit many model shops.)

For helmets the only thing I've really found so far is http://www.instantreplaysportcard.com/items/helmets/simpson.htm . I haven't ordered from them so dunno how reliable/what-have-you they are, but about halfway down the page is motorcycle helmets. The site claims both 1/4th and 1/3rd so I'm not sure how well they'll work, but was thinking about getting one to see.

I didn't intend it to be one, and haven't seen that series yet, so if it's similar to something from that, it's just pure luck or serendipity on my part. ^^; I was just thinking there's no way Cyrene's little Vespa could ever keep pace with a Harley on the open road! Also, this helmet came with the Vespa and is 1/6 scale; it just happens to nicely fit the Obitsu head.

There are only 3, SD scale motorcycles out there that I know of. All three are R/C models and unfortunately out of production. The come up on ebay occasionally.
There's the Harley Davidson V-Rod, like Hazel has, a Harley Davidson Fat Boy, and the Suzuki GSX-R1000 like Sapphire's.
