Aww precious babies!
Here's my Mohinder's baby pic:
(I have a photo of him from when he was even tinier, but it isn't on my computer, just on my fridge...)
Mo is the son of a rescue cat-- a friend of ours does animal rescue, farm animals as well as cats/dogs, and one of her rescue cats was scheduled to come back to be fixed in a couple months' time by a vet who assumed she was a kitten. Well, it turned out she was just a tiny adult, and she got knocked up. At the time, I'd recently lost a cat to kidney disease, and was at the point where, while I wasn't actively looking to adopt, I was open to do so if a kitty in need fell into my lap...
He was the littlest of his litter of three, and had the shortest fur at the time that I picked him out-- and was pure white. The white turned to grey points, and then to stripey brown. Now he weighs about seventeen pounds or so (sixteen of it is muscle, but when he reached eighteen pounds of not-all-muscle, we put him on a diet), and is a fluff monster. He loves kisses and cuddles.
He also loves being photographed-- if I'm lucky, he'll sit where he is instead of sticking his nose to the camera lens, but I can never catch him sleeping... Anyway, here he is much more recently, meeting one of my Freyas.
Mo's got an adoptive big brother in my brother's cat Lego, who is roughly twice his age and roughly half his weight.
Here's Lego with Vince. He's a handsome little guy who likes to get scritches right between the shoulder blades. He also loves vegetables, and is not at all shy about trying to steal food right off your plate. (Momo won't touch People Food. If you offer him the chance to lick butter off your finger, he'll sniff it, lick his lips, and then look at you with concern as if to say 'thank you that was very nice please don't make me eat it for realsies'.
