To M line or not to M Line

Postby miss_maishka » Fri Jun 07, 2013 9:13 am

OK so I am going to order a minifee Celine but I cant decide between getting another A -line or trying out an M -line. It feels silly having two dolls with the exact same body, can't help thinking it would be nice to have a different shape. I know they are a tiny bit different in size but I am hoping its close enough sizing that it will look good next to my A - line Chloe ( will be sisters). One thing that bothers me about the M - line is the mag on feet- the mag on hands pop off a little to easy and if that were the case with feet it could cause a lot of problems. If the foot were to pop off in a boot you might not get it out again, also could be an issue if they pop off when trying to pose the doll. I am temped to get the full bust version to make up for the hips seeming to be wider, but think it could be difficult to get clothes to fit it. Its hard to pick between A and M cos there aren't many pictures of the M yet. I would love to see a pic of the M and A side by side so I could really get a feel for it.
Please let me know what you guys think

Exactly my thoughts! About the magnet feet that is. They sounded convenient at first but then I realized that sometimes shoes are hard to get off and you just don't want the foot to come along and get stuck deep in the shoe..! But I really prefer the A-line body over the M-line body anyway. I don't know, it's the shape that puts me off a bit. I'm sticking to A-line with hook feet ^^

I wish they'd get magnetic feet for the A-line bodies. I don't like the M-line, myself, just because I don't like how they're combining little girl bodies with big boobs. But I do like the magnetic feet idea. All of their other dolls have them, why not minifee?

If the magnetic feet are anything like the F60 and 65 feet, they probably lock mechanism for support. My Feeples' feet (and Littlefee, too, I believe) sort of twist on and lock into place, so they really don't fall off that easily, so far. Aside from that, I think the magnetic feet for M-line are smaller than normal minifee feet? They're supposed to be little girl feet, so they're a bit shorter and chances are you won't have many issues with boots or shoes being too tight.

You know you can get the magnetic feet for A-line too? You just need to buy the separate magnetic ankle parts as well :-)

Really? Awesome! I didn't realize they'd sell them separately. Hopefully that includes heel feet, as well.
