what to do with random faceplate

Postby miss_maishka » Tue Jun 18, 2013 2:34 pm

When I opened my minifee I noticed that I got little face plate, I didnt add the event to my order so I don't know why I have it.
I ordered in jan this year and spent a around $500 so I think ( really not sure ) it might be a littlefee Nanuri face plate. I know nothing at all about littlefee and have no plans to get one - so what do I do with it?
use it to learn how to do a face up? -not sure I can be bothered and seems like a waste.
sell it? I have no idea what its worth
Ignore it and hope it goes away? - keep it in a box out of the way cos it creeps me out with its tiny blank face
Make it into a horror prop - head on a stick? - again seems like a terrible waste

You could trade it with someone for something more interesting, either online or at a doll meet. Or go on DoA and see what others have priced their event faceplates at. Or deface a plush toy and make a weird babyfaced creature.

If you ordered the minifee during an event you automatically get an event faceplate whether you add it or not. They just give you normal color by default unless you ask for specific color in the checkout notes section.

If you have a DOA account and marketplace access, just put in Juri 2013 in the search function and see what comes up. If you sell the faceplate for less than anyone else might be selling theirs, it'll probably go pretty quickly. Just find out what size it is, though. I think Fairyland might have several different heads/plates depending on how much you spend on an order.

Edit: If you ordered in January it's probably a Juri event. Summer is when Nanuri event happens. I think. It's hard to keep up anymore.

Did you even think to look into the older news on the Fairyland website? ;)

O I'm so sorry, I didn't read your post carefully enough, I thought what she was was your main question. My apologies!!
