Falling back in love

I'm driving my IRL doll friends crazy. One day I'll say Bailey is my favourite doll, the next it's Carly, another day it's Cate. It seems like my favourite doll is the one I'm working on or with at that time. Which isn't a problem really: it just shows that I really love all my dolls and that I can't choose a favourite at all.

Carly, my Unoa Sist/MNF hybrid, made it difficult for me since last weekend though. I'm photographing Captured in Glass eyes in my dolls for my webshop and when I tried E9 light pink eyes in her, it felt like lightning struck or something. I really didn't want to take them out anymore, but I had to, because I had to finish shooting LOL. Those eyes, combined with Cate's MonstroDesigns fur wig that I used on all my dolls while shooting, stole my heart. So, Carly stole Cate's wig... and those E9 10mm eyes from my inventory.

So, here she is: the new Carly <3. I also redid her faceup recently and I just added lashes to it last weekend. I love her SO much now.

She is stunning. And I do understand about the "always ignored" issue. I often don't bother even putting up box opening or face-up pics since I usually only get a couple of friends posting comments.

Awww - that's sad. But things like that are why I don't post on DoA - depending on my mood I either put it down to just being too big, or a bit too school-clique-ish.

I still post in both places but it's more of a habit than a need. It always causes a feeling of disappointment really. "OMG, I still haven't been able to create a Unoa that's pretty enough for this topic?" It's rather disheartening.

The DS will always be the best, there's no question about that ^^
