Cherry and I went to MobiCon last month, and it was super insane fun. I took tons of pictures, and got a lot of my friends and the cosplayers to pose with Cherry. I posted the story of the con visit here:

One interesting point is that Ri-ri was the only BJD there. (I can legally call her a BJD now because she has a Volks body, so there.) After the con one of the attendees messaged me on FB begging me to give her the name of the doll company that produced her so she could buy one like her. I had to tell her that Cherry's mold was out of production...because Cherry's head is a Moxie Teenz. She couldn't believe a mass-produced doll was so beautiful. :B It made me feel strangely happy.

For the record, Ri-ri now has a Volks tan Dollfie Plus* body. Yes, it's ABS. No, she's still not legal for ToF (That other Forum). But as far as I'm concerned, she's a BJD, and I still love her with all my heart. Since Cherry's head is an MT, she wouldn't be legal for ToF even if she had a resin body, and I love her face so much I couldn't bear to change her head. And Super Dollfies were just oversized, underproduced, expensive versions of the original Dollfies, and Ri-ri's a Dollfie now, so.

*I earlier mistakenly identified it as a tan EB. Sorry, I just woke up e.e

Actually, her body is from a tan Dollfie Plus. My bad. I've got a tan Volks eyehole 1/6 head I'm not using. Maybe I should see if anyone wants it.

You could also see if it matches Chae-ri's old body.

Not really interested in keeping the tan Volks head anyway.

Although, is this the time to mention? The Dollfie Plus head is supposedly made of polyurethane, and I couldn't detect much difference in texture between Cherry's MT head and the DP head. I'm sure the MT head isn't polyurethane or anything, but...it was just interesting to me.
