How well do Volks & Obitsu colors match?

I was wondering how well Volks and Obitsu skin colors match. It would be really helpful for buying heads and bodies for dolls.

I think I read somewhere that they're almost matching.

You can match normal to normal and white to white.

Actually, isn't it Volks normal to Obitsu white? Volks white is REALLY white. I have a normal-skin Dollfie Dream Dynamite, and she matches my white-skin 50cm Obitsu perfectly.

Yes, they're near perfect like Dollykim-san says. ^^ NS to NS; White to White and even the Tan to Marrone is pretty decent.

Huh. Weird. I wonder how my two match so well. I know one is normal skin and the other white skin. At least that's what was in the description when I bought them...

Stormlight, maybe the colors are different for different size scales? Maybe the 1/6 colors match differently than 1/3?

Could be, my 60 seems to be a different shade of white skin than his smaller siblings.

Not sure what happened but on the 1/6 front normal skin Obi matches normal skin volks

But on the 1/3 front Obitsu white is Dollfie Dream Normal.

Not the best of pics but Alter 2 in black is in white skin, Nero and DDS Miki(?)is normal, Obi50. Volks white is a little on the off white front(ivoryish). She's quite pale compared to the Kid Delf Salgoo

Yes, the Obitsu 60cm WS is actually more NS (In fact, it IS normal skin) It matches Volks DD Normal perfectly and many resin NS (Bobobie, ResinSoul, AoD, etc). ^^;; The Obitsu 60cm NS (Fleshtone) is really orangeyand darkish. Not tan, but a dark orange-like NS. So they are not compatible with their 1/6 counterparts and not the same tones at all.

I don't know why Obitsu did such a thing.....0_o
