Dollhouse Book

Postby mochi.kochi » Tue Jul 02, 2013 4:20 pm

When I was young I remember my aunt brought home this dollhouse. It was about 2 feet tall? I'm not really sure >.< But what intrigued me the most is that it's like a book. You can store it looking like a book, undo the ribbon, open it around 360' and tada~ you've got a doll house. It even has all the furniture and stuff inside and it just folds up nicely when closed. There were even stairs and doors! There was even a small piano now that I think of it. And it came with paper families as well.

That is really neat. And has me reminding myself I can't try to make a 1/6 scale wooden version of the same due to lack of space. This would be one way to have a dollhouse and get around space issues though!.

I never realized how convenient it was until recently xD I remember the one we had already had a haunted house feel to it because some of the doors would keep slightly open, or the fact that the chandelier was tilted :D

That is very cool- I would have loved to have had one of those when I was little.

I had the same one! Only I don't remember the dolls, they must've gotten lost fairly soon. It was so pretty.

I don't think I also remember playing with the dolls XD Maybe when I was even younger I've seen them which could be why I remember them

I had a Masiy mouse themed one, a fairy one and a ballet one. They're really fun aren't they. Mine weren't that tall or decorated as nicely though

Those are beautiful! I have a bunch of my moms paper dolls and would have loved something like this. I never had a doll house growing up just random play sets.
