I got my 1/3rd size Haruka head...She's GORGEOUS (and already told me her name and is awaiting her body..Her name's Kazumi) but I'm having issues getting her head in. I know with Riven I had to slit his eyewells to get it in but I really don't want to have to do that to my new girl unless I have to...And I have tried heating it up...Didn't work so well. Anyone who's got a Haruka head know a good trick to get the eyes in? I got the right size.
EDIT: Got her eyes in.

Harukas take 16mm eyes and generally they go in fairly easily. Were your eyes bigger than 16mm or just...?
Getting them lined up is another matter entirely.

They were 16mm exactly. Infact here she is:
I don't know why it was so hard...I had to heat up the head really good and do a lot of fiddling til it finally popped in. Sideways but once I got 'em in her head it was easier to move them around.

The openings at the back of the eye pockets inside the head are hand trimmed (they are closed when molded), so perhaps you got a head where they weren't trimmed as much.

That seems likely since the opening was a lot smaller then I'm used to. Even when heated up it was difficult to get her eyes in.
