It's a bit unclear what happened, being able to read Japanese might help there, but their sites went offline and their office was vacant shortly after Winter Wonderfest 2013. Yamato's bread and butter was probably their licensed vinyl figures, which seems to be picked up by a new company called Arcadia. The VMF50s was a small part of their business. I don't know if Arcadia/Angel Philia is a restructuring or what exactly.

Yamato did the same thing, offering parts, both interior skeleton and exterior skins for the VMF50s on their doll*holic site. But these parts were usually acquired from Obitsu in relatively small batches so they were frequently sold out. Most of the bust and abdomen parts shown on Angel Philia are currently unavailable. I miss the skeletal parts, particularly things like wrist and ankle joints in the unique Yamato tan.

Maybe the joints will come back as/when Angel Philia gets into the swing. I remember when I first found them, (while trying to hunt down VMF50 stuff,) they had a couple pictures of their 'new' dolls coming out, but that was all. Personally I'm excited.
