It's by Dubner Design, apparently for the Grateful Dead website. ( http://www.dubnerdesign.com/port_butterfly.html )

Your wish made me sad. :( Are you going to be able to live with white and grey 5yrs; 10yrs from now? How about a happy compromise Take one room - make it your doll room or whatever - your space - and go nuts with the colours in there. If you're a colour person, you need an outlet... ;)

I have that room. :) My own room has carpet tiles in all kinds of colours ;). But I sometimes wish our whole house was like that.
Just the past few days he started talking about having more colour in the living room though. Now I'm actually fighting him because I don't want a bright yellow heating system  - perhaps I shouldn't complain and just go with the flow. I'm the one who wanted more colour! LOL!!

I'm so pleased to hear that you have 'that room' ;). And it seems your love for colour is rubbing off. :)

I'm starting to think it was an illustration of an Emperor Moth that I saw in the book but I still think it was shown on a woman's face like it was a mask.

That is a major wish, dear. In fact, that would qualify as a miracle.

As a programmer I should probably take offense at that, but I happen to strongly agree. ^.^

My father was a programmer and he always said that what a programmer was supposed to do was create an intuitive, user friendly interface.
Not only does it not work properly, the help desk seems genuinely surprised at the things I expect it to do. For example, a screen for submitted projects that allows the teacher to grade such projects-does not connect to the teacher gradebook when graded.

Wait...you're talking about a gradebook program from a school district? No wonder it doesn't work. That would be logical and helpful and we can't have that for our teacher now can we? (Says the out of work teacher)

No, it is worse than merely a gradebook-it is a full curriculum that doesn't work.

My minor wish would either the ability to use the rolling cutters for fabric, or being able to follow patterns properly.

I swear even with a straight edge I can't use the "super easy" fabric rolling cutter properly, it either goes away from it or hops onto it.

And when it comes to patterns I have such issues with tracing patterns and using proper hem distance. I keep using the distance of one of the halves of my sewing machine's foot, and not the half inch that is given.
