Tonner Skin Tone Matches?

I've come across a couple of nicely priced auctions for a Tonner Rufus, but quite frankly, I don't care for his facial sculpt at all. Does anyone know what, if any, dolls out there match the Tonner skin tones? I have an Ellowyne Wilde, but her skin tone is lighter than my IH real skin and darker than my MNF normal (and all the rest of my dolls, too). Might an Obitsu head match, I wonder?

Also, if anyone has a Tonner 1/4 size boy, I'd appreciate knowing his measurements. I can't find them anywhere and was wondering if his clothes would fit a MNF boy as well as the Ellowyne outfits fit MNF girls.

Thanks - unfortunately, his measurements aren't the same as a MNF boy...

Most Tonner 1/4's are on the Matt body or the athletic one, and all mine are, so I don't know what to tell you there. Sorry. The only other boy I have that's bigger is Peter Pevensie and he's huge actually. Far larger than Rufus would be.
