Oh. My. Goodness. She's arrived! I'm so happy, she's beautiful and Fairyland - WOW the posing!

Ahem. So with a happy heart I introduce to you Effi, my Fairyland Celine.



Inside the box I was greeted with a pack of postcards...



Inside the box is so stunning and the doll was very well protected...

I'm so excited and happy with this doll. She is named Effi (after Effi Trinket in Hunger Games lol) and is so pretty.

However I'm already a bit scared about the faceup - how am I going to do those little teeth???

What a gorgeous face!!! I love dolls with teeth, and have several. For painting them, I use several veeeery thin layers of white paint. Yeah, think translucent layers...

She is adorable -- I personally love the Celine sculpt over others from Fairyland ... She is on my "want" list Can't wait to see her faceup

Congratulations! Gaaaah, I am so envious of how well the Fairyland dolls pose.

If doing a face-up with teeth scares you, you could always 'ignore' it for the moment (one of my dolls are supposed to have teeth, but I'm not confident with painting so I didn't paint it in). Although that would be a pity, since teeth just look so adorable on dolls.
