Corda Family Seiyuu Portrait Dolls

Last month, we FINALLY had a chance to get our Corda boys outside to pose for a group photo! They're ALL here and done finally!!!!!!



We have (left to right) here all 12 of the guys from cast, recreated as dolls:

Ishikawa Hideo, Konishi Katsuyuki, Miyano Mamoru, Fukuyama Jun (kneeling), Morita Masakazu, Taniyama Kisho, Ito Kentaro, Kishio Daisuke, Maeno Tomoaki, Hino Satoshi (kneeling), Yasumura Makoto and Uchida Yuuya.

They all came out as I'd hoped and some even came out better than I imagined!! We're so lucky to have found headsculpts that really match the looks of their seiyuu/voice actor counterparts!!!

What's amazing is that they're all standing on their own! There were several breezes that day that knocked a few over every now and then, but for the most part, they all behaved and we got to take some nice 'family' photos!

What a gorgeous group! They are fantastic! Which sculpt is the rascally-looking one in the middle dressed in black and leopard? What a smirk!

Thanks for commenting, famedglory-san and ghostdollie-san!!! :hugs: Glad you like them!!!!They were in planning for about a year or so, so finally having them all completed and together is really satisfying!!

What's funny is after we started this set of seiyuu dolls, my sister wanted her 'Daba' boys set! (A group of male seiyuu all born in 1978.) So then we started making those and finished them in July. There are so many seiyuu dolls crawling around our house!! :laughs:


Ghostdollie-san, that one is my favorite---Taniyama Kisho. He's a Dollzone Yuu head on a 65cm body. His head has been majorly modified to look like Kiyan-sama. (his nickname)

Katsuyuki: Elfdoll Mir on Crobidoll 67cm male body
Makoto: Mirodoll Cherry (Girl #06 head) on DollFamily 62cm Male body

Yuuya: Elfdoll Wu on Kizdolls 63cm male body


All the heads have been pretty seriously modified (mostly eyes made smaller and some noses rounded or enlarged.) to be really the seiyuu's face. ^^
