I thought she was cute when I got mine but now that I've see 13 Wishes I'm really glad I have one. She's an awesome character Twyla.

So I was perusing Marshall's today and, as is my habit, I rummaged through the toy section. I came across a Clawdeen Wolf Music Festival doll in the clearance bin. I haven't seen this series before (not unusual since I came into the MH hobby a bit late), but she was so pretty that decide to get her.

Does anyone know anything about the Music Festival series other than it came out last year? I haven't deboxed her yet, but as I really don't care for her outfit (even if it is purple) she might be the first MH doll I actually re-clothe.

Actually it's new this year and they're at Big Lots. I guess the tie-in DVD or TV special or what ever just hasn't come out yet so they aren't in that big of a demand.

Interesting, because the box has a 2012 date on it.

Okay, it appears a video was released (not sure when) and the dolls came out in July.

So I got my first monster high not even a month ago. I take her home... rip the box open and what's the first thing I do? Why I rip all her hair out with pliers, cut her eyes out, and open the back of her head up with the precision and grace of a garage plastic surgeon... I hope you like the result though. I need to make her a wig, but I hope you get the idea despite the pink on her head.





I hated her right up till I put the black on her. I will modify her body with all sorts of vine work. I really thought I had failed to be honest. Thank goodness Okami kept poking me to work on her. I like her now. Her name is Gaia.

natural wavy red mohair that will come from a crown that looks like branches growing out of her head. I need to do her body too, poor thing.
