That would be fun! Especailly if each person did a local landmark or something representative of their state or country-for example-Texas bluebonnets in the spring. I definitely want to play.

Not sure if I'd participate but it sounds like a really fun idea. Maybe sending a Bitty Bitsu around would work. Small and easy to ship!

This would be a great idea! If I meet the requirements by the time it's up and going, I'd love to be involved!

If we go with the rag/cloth doll idea, I have a wonderful pattern for a fashion-doll sized doll. I'd be happy to make one for the travel doll program. Just LMK. :D

I'm thinking about a soft doll too, I have a pattern for a crochet 1/6 scale size, or a Bitty Bitsu. Any doll and traveling wouldn't start until next year so it doesn't get lost in holiday mail but I'm definitely open for suggestions. Between now and then someone might turn up.

I am aiming towards a soft, cloth or knit or crochet, 1/6 scale doll. She can squish in to a small shipping box and less likely to accidentally lose a hand or chip fingers. A soft doll would be less likely to get hurt if an eager child got a hold of her too.

I'm sure someone will map out the best route. Europe could be towards the end.
I'm mostly on Tumblr now.
