Box opening - Azera

Postby Glecs » Fri Nov 01, 2013 3:18 pm

Hello! My very first doll arrived today. As you can imagine, I was full of excitement and happiness  The wait was worth it.
I have to apologize for my messy backgrounds. I promise I will make it all tidy for my boy to live in comfortably.

Image
The box, very nice and clean design.

Image
I am very impressed by DOD's packaging. Azera in his cocoon.

Image
His faceup was done beautifully by the artist at DOD. I requested for a sharper look for the eyes.

Image
I am genuinely happy that they randomly gave him a pair of blue-grey eyes, exactly what I was wishing for. He is also wearing one of the wigs that I've received. Actually, I am surprised they send me two wigs instead of one.

Image
I love touching his hands... :) He is kind of shy because DOD hasn't send his outfit yet.

Image
Full body shot. He has his boots though!

Image
Another full body shot with his second wig. He's my little angel.

Thank you! xD He's going to be sitting beside me on the table everyday. I read that putting your dolls out is not good but I think it should be fine indoors with curtains drawn right? I don't really mind yellowing that much, to me it's like good seasoning on a beautiful viola.

I'm not sure if I can post another batch of photo here or should I take this to the photo gallery, but here is the comparison between my Pullip Kaito and Fein (DoD Azera)

This is all I will post until his outfit is here xD

He's a gorgeous looking boy.

Thank you everyone >_< I'm having great times with him. He sits on my lap when I do my research and stuff, very good companion ^_^

I am also thinking of bringing him out around the neighbourhood to take some pictures when his carrier bag arrives. I'm wondering if the cold weather will do any harm to him?
