Hi min'na-sama!!

Sorry to be a bother, but a customer just commissioned a doll outfit from us to fit on a Mattel Ken doll body.

We're not at all familiar with newer Ken dolls and wonder if it is the old style Ken she has or if it's the new style? (Or something in between?)

She doesn't know what type it is but this is what the back says: (c) 1975, 1999.

Can anyone tell me which Ken doll body this is, so we can make the outfit best fitting for her particular doll?

http://dolfielittles.com/ken/newkens.jpg From left ot right 1975 (exposed waist joint), 1999, 2009 (wrists), and Harley. So it could be either of the two on the left. Hopefully you have the guy because he's one of the thinner longer limbed ones.

I agree with Dollykim. It can also be one that doesn't have any joints too.

Also the older non articulated kens are much THICKER than the articulated ones so make sure you got that info too.

Wow! Thanks, everyone, for your advice and help! I will email her now asking her if the Ken is jointed or not and maybe if she can snap a photo of him, just to be on the safe side. ^^
