Can anyone tell me who this cutie is?

Hey there everyone!! I've been trying to figure out who this doll is forever. I think she/he(?? Never know! ) is a 1/6 scale, and when I do a reverse image search there is a mention of it being a Dollfie Dream but there's no accompanying information and I'm not positive...so, if anyone can ID this doll I would be extremely thankful. This face/sculpt is so cute that even if it's not 1/6 scale I'd consider buying simply for the adorable.

Looks to me like a Obitsu P-Chan head with a custom face-up. It could be a Dollife Dream body, a sister maybe.

Obitsu P-Chan head? Is that a 1/6 head? Because if you're talking about Obitsu's current head offerings, this head is way too angular and the nose is too pointed...but we could be thinking about different heads?

Edit: I looked at the P-Chan head and I see the similarities, but what's bothering me is that faceup looks an awful lot like a factory faceup...

I was thinking the Petit p-chan head, too. I've been working with a LOT of those lately since all the newer anime seem to have characters that all look to be about 10-12 years old but are actually 18-20. ^^;;

It does seem similar, shape and size, to that head, but something's off to me to be a p-chan....but maybe the artist is just so incredible they've made it seem like a DD of sorts!

I'm still not quite sure if the chin is exactly 'p-chan' but it might be. I'll go back and look at the dolls I just made and compare the shape exactly......

AHHH THANK YOU ALL. Okay, the DD head looks so good that I think I might follow that artist's example. (The shaving/sanding of the mouth really makes them look cute and I HAVE been wanting a good vinyl project to work on with the grinder. XDD) I'm really refraining from throwing that image at my seamstress and telling her I want an exact copy of that outfit. I'm being horrible. I have more imagination than this. shame on me! But this little gal has been sitting on my favourites list for so long I've developed a bit of an obsession with her look.
