Haha, of course I'll show you Reno & Rude when they're finished! ^^ The Reno doll on my currant avatar isn't mine. That's Tomoko's from Crystal Castle. She has amazing FF7 dolls! <3 I have her permission to use her pic, but I might update it with my dolls once they're finished. ^^

Wow, there are a lot of manly heads on eBay! I think I see a few that could work for my character. I'm going to try to get as many heads as I can for my characters during the Volks sale, since most of them don't have any heads yet. So I'm wondering if I should get the Neo-Guy head too or wait and get a Hot Toys one. Hmm, I still have a few days to decide. ^^

For his outfit, I was thinking something simple and manly, like the blacksmith Owen from Harvest Moon. <3 It shouldn't be to hard to find or make, there's probably combat stuff that would work. ^^ I was surprised Hot Toys even has cloth gloves! They have gloved plastic hands too, but I wonder if either of them fit TTM20. They should, right? o.O

<-----The plastic hands should fit, yes. As for some clothing options, type in "1/6 clothes" and it pulls up virtually the entire site's worth of clothing. I looked up Owen and here are two outfits that sort of mimic different aspects of his clothing. You could buy more than one or mix'n'match, or just find an outfit that suits your tastes!

People snatched up stuff so quickly, I couldn't even get one much needed head for my Neo-Goh's body. The sale is still going on, but so much stuff is sold out. I hope you are feeling better. *hugs* <3

Yeah, I was completely blown away by Tomoko's dolls too! She's the reason I discovered fell in love with dollfies when I found her doll site from a link on someone's FFVII Japanese fan art page. Here are some links to her doll stuff:

<----<33 Thanks for the condolences. It was my own stupid fault really! I totally forgot about it because I've been feeling so sick. I do feel a little better after a trip to the ER. I happened to get a doctor who has done pain management for over thirty years so he gave me a ton of information to follow up on. I hope your health issues are being managed okay, right? I know how hard it gets! *hugs back*

As for the Volks sale, looks like Volks.jp is getting my money. I really wish I could have snagged some decent heads but those seemed like the first to go!

Sorry very very late reply here - not sure how I missed this thread.

Anime style Hot Toys heads - there's a Hot Toys guy out at the moment under the City Hunter range called Ryo Saeba.

He has two option heads, both anime/manga stylised, one serious the other not so much. He's currently floating around on evilbay parted out for a reasonable amount though unfortunately the neck/feet posts aren't around at the moment that I can see.

And bonus his body is tall for a even for Hot Toys (not sure what the base body is - but in hand it's a weird muscular body, with extended permanent ankle area, long leg posts and veiny arms and is noticeably taller/bulkier than the standard height TTM18 and currently available relatively cheaply since he's from a line that hasn't sold well as far as I can tell)

Unfortunately I can say that Hot Toys often doesn't even match itself colour-wise. The Ryo Saeba figure is made of noticeably yellowy plastic when compared to my other "generic" hot toys bodies the TTM18 and TTM22 which are browner/more orangey in tone and a closer (but not perfect match) to each other. This is probably deliberate since I assume Ryo Saeba is supposed to be a japanese character.

Just thought I should let you know this guy exists - since the TTM20 is going for stupid money right now.
