If you remove the head, can you compare it to a Max Steele head or a similar ken head? My poor Luke hybrid is using a Superman Returns Ken body and I really wanna get him a body with wrists...

Right now I don't see fighting with it. I'd still push a 1999 body, like the Fashionista with the hat, over this one because the wrists aren't all that useful. There's practically no movement and he's not all that posable. Ball joint knees and no hips? Do they want a Ken who looks like he needs to make a comfort stop? The Monster High guy works better. http://dolfielittles.com/mat.html

Toys R Us, they're the only place I've seen spare Swappin heads so far. They get exclusives like the LIv with drums, but Target has some exclusive stuff too.

Moxie girls have colorful hair extensions

Saw the two new Monster High dolls at Toys R Us, the son of Mr Hyde and the daughter of zombies. He's kind of green, she's kind of grey. I will give it to them that the boys have an attractive sculpt.

The 2009 wrist Ken now comes in brunette. Skipper is back in a 4 doll plus motorhome set at Toys R Us.

Speaking of TRU they are running a buy $50 of Barbie stuff get a free rolling storage tote promo in stores and on the web. Some of the repro Barbies have really dropped in price. I have one of those Barbie buckets, although mine has small dividers, it's a pretty good deal. You can put 20-odd dolls in the bucket, it has a handle, and wheels, not a big footprint if you need storage.

Saw the other boy for Monster High, looks like his hair refracts light and is supposed to glow, unless he's got a battery inside.

Target has a good deal on Barbie outfit packs and is starting to mark down some Liv stuff.

Well well well, who wants Rapunzel? Disneystore.com, don't know if the brick and mortar have them too, but online has a discount.

They have a promo code hiding at the store to knock some $ off and it ships for free, you can't 2 for $20 these gals any cheaper, even with sales tax. Looks like the same body as the posable ones which means elbows, wrists, shoulders, slight straddle to the hips, high heel feet.

I'm suddenly thinking of some major head swaps with some of my older gals, especially if there's a better match for the fair skin dolls like Clueless. I want the bodies and the dresses but not necessarily the heads. If I do swap out I can always dump the remade princesses on my little cousin :P

..ha XD And I was sitting here wondering if I could find more jointed bodies for snow white and pocahontas (the latter likely being harder...)

But there is a more important question... does disneystore.com actually ship outside of North America? Because I looked at Snow White and she seems prettier than the one we get here... And I can't even remember the last time I saw a Pocahontas doll >.> It's probably a stupid question, a lot of these sites seem to hate letting people from other countries buy stuff.

Oooh, nevermind. Found the shipping stuff in the FAQ. Hee. :D
