Ouch.

Today I am a stuffy ball of immobility and pain. Blegh. It's spring, and the allergies are in bloom. I am sure lots of you can sympathize with this and are also suffering the stuffy head and itchy eyes and runny nose. But the swollen knees and shoulders is new. I am not sure where that is coming from! They almost feel like I strained them, and I haven't done anything. I know a major weather change came through, so maybe that is it.

I've dealt with 3 days of headaches this week and I don't think anyone wants to hear about my sinus episode yesterday.... If it isn't allergies, it's humidity. What happened to the days of my South Floridian youth when neither pollen or rain affected me? /sigh

I feel for you both. I'm trapped between 2 major wildfires that are dumping smoke and ash thru the area. I had to close all the windows yesterday it was so bad. Giving me stuffy nose and headaches.
Just because you CAN doesn't mean you SHOULD.

I fractured my foot last week while crossing the street on the way out of work. That's my new fun thing.

I'll see your stress headache and add a mysterious bruise along my spine. It's related to life long back prombles but there's several real life things adding to the misery.

Anyone know of something like the bar of soap leg cramp remedy for other body parts?
