The mysterious Obitsu lady!

Postby Lamia of the Dark » Fri Jun 27, 2014 4:01 pm

My Obitsu Miroku head got here today, and I went to work on it as soon as I brought in the mail!

I got her in order to make a doll of a certain character from a popular book series.... If anyone guesses correctly who the character is, I'll confirm, but otherwise I'm not saying. We'll just call her "Mistress" for now.

Faceup -

Can you tell who it is yet?

MIstress: Of course they can't tell yet, this is only a slight variation on the "Lamia Standard Faceup".

With eyes -

Can you tell now?

Mistress: I would be surprised if anyone guesses it at this point.

Well, anyway... here she is wigged, embodied, and dressed -

^A better look at the boots.

Mistress: I still don't think anyone will be able to tell who I am... They might mistake me for a second Nix.

At a guess I'd say Bella/Twilight. Something about her face sculpt really reminds me of Kristen Stewart

 No.

If I was still into Twilight, I would be more likely to make dolls of the Volturi or James and Victoria.

This has me leaning towards Aki vs Yuki sculpt. Miroku head still has some shades of her current Gretel head that she's trying to step away from.

It's not something that only became popular recently... although like most of my dolls, she doesn't look completely accurate to her character, and also goes more by the book description than how she was portrayed in the movies...

:| why this is the one character I'm embarrassed to admit to the doll people that I like, I have no idea.

<__< and now a special presentation just for M.C.

Image

Ainsel: Why don't we just tell Caramel who you are?

Mistress: Let's not and say we did.

Image

Ainsel: Why not? Doesn't it kind of feel like we're tormenting her?

Image

Mistress: I enjoy tormenting her.

 Glad to see you enjoy making me suffer so much, I really, really do!

I have no idea why you're afraid to admit liking the character! I already admitted to liking Poke'mon, and considering I'm like 15 years above their target age range....yeah.

I. Want. To. KNOW.
