Aurea Arleigh aka Project Werebunny

First off I hope the pictures aren't too large *sweats a little*

After a nice but short wait Aurea has returned face-up and all. Now that she's together I have finally taken some pictures of her. We are still in the works of her moon phased hands and actual ear motif vs hoodie.

She is so cute. You just want to hug her. Hehe. Love the bunnie hoodie. Where did you get her eyes? I love the color of them and the way they look. Are they the Parabox eyes?

What a cutie!
What sculpt is she? Also, what are you planning to make her bunny hands out of? Sounds like a fun project. :D

Thanks, she turned out really well =^.^=
The eyes are the parabox 22mm. I was originally planning to us ethe pink and blues from parabox but once I got her face-up back the other eyes looked too good to not put in.

She is the Angela sculpt and luckily EblKtty helped make her face look more matured then parabox's stock pictures (they looked pretty chibi). Hand I am going to use extra obitsu hands and have the nails custom lengthened and add some small amount faux fur to the outer hand. May also try making a faux fur glove, her ears I want to add something outside of the hoodie..but that will be of fin the future.

I really look forward to seeing the progress of her until you have her looking how you want her. I am so going to get Erin some of the anime eyes. I got them for one of my 27cm dolls I got recently and loved them, but wasn't sure how good they would look on a larger doll but wow. They look awesome on yours. I need to get green eyes for Erin. *grins*

Is she on the new body? She looks great! I have the older Angela head. I like how this new one looks too, and great outfit!

It may take a while since my original ideas either end up in issues or they turn into slightly better forms of the original. I was slightly hesitant about eyes myself since I always run into them not looking the same in person as on screen with those high end cameras =/ I was very pleased though with these and the no pupil ones as well =^.^=

Indeed she's on the newer 40cm body with 50cm L bust to give her a more mature appearance. Thanks, I am very happy how she turned out. I'm sure she is very pleased too but she's been quietly napping since her arrival with her bunny pals. I was actually somewhat worried about the angela head mold in general since most of the face-ups made them look chibi/too young looking. And heads of the larger size I didn't want to chance it looking too odd with smaller body and bigger head =/ This mold turned out to be a real winner, I still need to send her hands off to get the werebunny treatment for nails. Thanks, funny story about that hoodie is it was originally hand made from Poland for my dollfie Aurea that I had to sell off to pay some unexpected bills. It was snug on my DD and like normal jacket length, now on her new Parabox setup it's more like a cute pull-over dress/hoodie =^.^=

Seasons change and so do the phases of the moon. With this in mind I have been tinkering with Aurea's look again. I have decided to return to her original white/silverish hair idea. I also tinkered with her eyes once again between her purple with pupils to blue and magical. It's a very hard choice to make since they both look equally good to me.

My art friend wasn't super happy I was looking to change her eyes since some aspects of a character should remain constant, I do feel this is true but somehow I feel swinging some werebunny/deity changes Aurea goes through with each passing moon. it doesn't help both sets of eyes look equally great with her overall appearance lol.

I am currently still working on how to work on her ears whether they end up on her head or stay more phantasmal which is why she decided to wear her hoodie.

I also recently added her eyelashes woohoo!!!

Have a look hope you like and thanks for hoppin by! =^.^=
