Baby Blues (movie) doll?

Ok I was looking on ps3 for a movie to rent this week and happened upon Baby Blues movie thinking of getting it for a Christmas Present for someone. But I got to thinking what doll is that just out of curiosity. This can be a fun guessing game if anyone is up to it. Too big for a maki or a hujoo the doll looks to be sd or msd in height with big head too tall for a tayang too. thoughts?

my guess was a tayang head on a obitsu or a moxi teen boy body?

Is it a real doll or CGI?

Reason I'm asking is there's an ad on TV in the UK at the moment that has a CGI doll in it that's clearly been heavily influenced by customised Blythes, but doesn't look quite right to be a Blythe. And that head looks like it's been heavily influenced by Taeyang, but doesn't look quite right (something about where the nose meets the eyebrow, mainly, and the jaw line a bit.)

If it's CGI, then I'd guess it's based off Taeyang. If it's real I'd guess a modded Taeyang on a taller body.

My guess is it's a OOAK doll made specifically for the movie.

Just when i thought that I gotten over Dollmaster. At least this time round I have a big tough bjd and a small doll army by my side

yeah my oldest daughter has dollmaster and I thought omg I need to get her this movie too but I was curious what doll it was in scenes its walking around lifting its knee's etc.
