Bwahahahahaha! this alone makes me wish I could be over there just to see the effect a magical girl with this particular mascot/baby has on the con-goers.

You forgot cute sweet witch that turns into a caterpillar thing that noms heads, while the pink hair one has a legit toddler brother.

We're now discussing a bakery theme. Patisserie! That would be fun. I already have accessories that would work nicely and I'm a sucker for French fashion. A Marie Antoinette / lolita mash-up would be pretty fun.

KNICKERS!!! How cute.

This second one was the outfit I wanted for Easter.

You know, I could totally cosplay a Magical Bake Shop Ninja Bunny Girl Princess Cupcake Bunny. Minus the great rack. Ha! If I could get my husband in medieval gear and sunglasses that would be hilarious. :-p

Bodyline has cheap stuff and most of it's pretty good. They also have more costumey pieces. There are alot of scam sites making lolita fashion like milanoo so checking the stores reputation first is a good thing. Lolita-tips.tumblr.com will be able to give you a great answer if you ask her - and you don't need tumblr to ask.
