Introducing my dolls ;) (Obitsu etc)

Barbie, Jenny, Fashion Royalty, Obitsu and 1/6 resins - basically anything 10-12inch/21-27cm or in the neighborhood.

Antimony got back her own body, because the "Kai" head I ordered for the 27cm body finally arrived :) (will change wig and eyes again though, I think).

I really fell in love with that head sculpt! This time, I ordered the painted version. The eyes are okay, but someday I will give her lips a bit more colour/definition, I think...

What a cutie! I agree, she will probably look better with some more color on her lips. And her outfit is lovely *_*

Thank you :)

Zirconmermaid, the knitting is not that tiny ;) I actually still use fingering yarn (or similar) on 2mm needles for these smaller dolls. I want to make the jump to laceweight next year, bit scary ^^"

Here is K with other eyes, better than before, imho ;) These are "cheap" anime eyes from mimiwoo. While they are sure nice, the better ones from parabox look nicer (the ones I have in my Azone).

K now "inherited" this dress, as I think it is a nice fit on her until I get other things knitted up for her.

Obitsus are so lovely, and you do a wonderful job with their fac ups! Ismene and Amaya are my two favorites<3
I have an 11cm obtisu with the parabox petie fairy head myself, and I am having similar troubles getting the eyes to fit, though i'm too scared to cut the vinyl, haha!
my dolls have more clothes than i do >_>

Thank you! I did not do Ismene's faceup, she was my very first Obitsu, already customized when I bougth her :)

The hair drier is really your best friend with these dolls, all sizes ;) (I had massive problems with K's new eyes, as these are 10cm and cannot be "parted" from their back part. For that head, I would buy 8mm in the future.
Amaya's eyes e.g. can be taken apart, these worked wonderfully, but the head is bigger on the inside. Granted, they were more expensive. One should shop quality...).

For the petite fairy, I found it best to take the back part off the eye (if possible). Work with long straight tweezer, always careful not to stab through either your fingers or the doll head >_< For any other head, one could always try eyes one size smaller, but the petite fairy already is on 6mm... warm the head before trying to wrestle the eyes in, and if you have an exacto knife, very VERY carefully cut small slits in the eye pockets (NEVER all the way down!), start small, you can always cut more, but never less. (However, one customizer cut the eye pockets out nearly completely and put the eyes with putty, but personally I would not be brave enough for that, on that smale scale. I would probably losee fingers. ^^" And the head might tear.)

Now you know why my litte Nieves, the petite fairy head, will probably never ever get new eyes ;)
