well, her dress was inspired by both the one the woman ("Madeline") in the movie there wears,
as well as the one Seiko Matsuda is wearing on the album cover.
as far as Tenchi goes, i don't see no real resemblance to the guy ("Miles") in the movie,
so i'd say any hint of similarity would be purely coincidental...
