Now I want to do that kind of corset piercings, just put holes all the way through the back piece and lace it up. Would probably look best on a doll with an hourglass figure though. And as much as I want to put some corset piercings on my Sprite, it's not how I'd do it on him. But maybe sometime in the future, if I find a doll with the right figure...

I'd like to see the faceplates blank. They're interesting but I'm not crazy about the way they're made up.

They are beautiful, but I prefer my dolls with clothes on, which would waste the sculpt. I'll just look at other people's.

If they're strung with wires, how come they have a thread on DOA? Isn't that off-topic?

It isn't off topic because they're resin.

But the second rule under criteria for inclusion says that they must be strung with elastic.

Lots of dolls made of resin are off-topic... These dolls are also sold in an elastic-strung version though. This is what a mod on DoA had to say:

The resin versions of these dolls have been determined to be on-topic for Den of Angels. The porcelain versions are, obviously, off-topic. If you wish to discuss these dolls, please go to the Discussion subforum.

I saw these around on tumblr before. they're just beautiful! I love the intricacy of them. thankfully, I'm spared because I wouldn't want a doll that was basically made to be naked all the time. )I get ENOUGH weird looks carting around the clothed ones LOL!)

They've got a strung also a spring/tension version. The strung one is on topic on doa. :)

Also too expensive for me, but they're still kinda cool. Pardon bumping this old thread up, but I wanted to help clarify why they're on topic on DOA. :3

Very interesting not something I would own but they're kind of fun to look at. I got distracted by the carousel/music box one, it is pretty cool in a freaky sort of way.
