50 CM Obitsu

Arula has a face now. I am calling her Arula because I decided to turn her into a character that I already had a doll to represent, but her height and her face are too perfect for the character. So she will be Arula the Tall. Or Arula 2.0, depending on my mood.

At any rate, I was able to get her face done this past week.

I'm thinking of getting another 50cm body but want her to have a larger bust, I've been looking at silicone busts made for DD but I don't think they would fit? I might need MDD size? Anyone know?

Anyway here is my DD04 on OB50 body as I don't think I've shared her here yet <3

The urethane busts made for the DD are too large in diameter for the 50cm where the underbust meets the torso. There are a few urethanes (I've seen) for the MDD out there but they are in the realm of the ridiculous.

If that's not quite as far as you want to go (size and price), and the Obitsu large bust for the 50cm is still too small, you might look at the Angel Philia busts. They are 100% compatible with the 50cm body (because they're made for the 50cm body) and they are about half the price of urethanes, even at the secondary market mark up.

You should be able to pick up one of these vinyl busts for under 10000yen, whereas a new DD or MDD urethane will set you back north of 25000. Make sure it's a white skin (aka whitey) not a brown or tan. Most of the busts will say something about being "painted" because they are blushed at the factory.
There has been someone out there recently on YJA selling a urethane bust for the 50cm. It goes for about 9500yen but it's kind of hit or miss if there is an auction running for one.
