Irish Elk

Postby maywong » Wed Jun 24, 2015 1:33 pm

I finally finish making this Irish Elk that the elf king rode on in the movie " The Hobbit". I took a reindeer, cut off the head and reposition it as it was turned side ways. I then went and reshaped the legs and hooves. I cut off the tail and made a smaller tail. I made and painted the antlers. Then attached them to the head. I flocked the whole body and added mohair around the neck. I made the harness and put "Great Stuff" inside the hollow body.
