lol The plant story reminds me of when I was just little, I used to be TERRIFIED of leaves. Not the ones on the trees, the wrinkled-up dead ones on the ground that skittered and crackled whenever the wind blew. Yeah, being outside in autumn used to be a really bad time for me.
Of course, that fear eventually was replaced with another fear of spider webs, and I never got rid of that one. Not just spiders, but any kind of webs. Silk worms, dust webs ... they ALL creep me out. Not sure what exactly set it off, but I know its just 'cause you never see them coming. You're walking along, minding your own business, and all of a sudden, you've got a faceful of some bigass orb web you didn't even know was there.
Twice as bad if the spider still happens to be attached to it. O__x
I once lived in an apartment that had a HUGE orb web strung across my patio door, with a friggin spider the size of a pingpong ball smack in the center of it. Didn't open that door the entire two years I lived in it. There was even a point I was SURE that spider was dead because it did not move for WEEKS, and it was in the middle of winter and snowing .... but then all the sudden it started moving again. It was like ... zombie-spider or something.
Soooo ... yeah, dolls don't freak me out so much. The only ones that really creeped me out were some sort of brand I once saw in a toy store. They were maybe the size of, I dunno, a littlefee or slightly bigger, but they were the butt-ugliest dolls I'd EVER seen. They were like ... the spawn of Chuckie or something. I don't even know what they were called and I have never seen them since, but I can't imagine ANY little kid actually keeping something like that in their bedrooms. Well, not unless they collected horror dolls or something. lol
