Scale keyboard/synthesizer/electric piano?

Barbie, Jenny, Fashion Royalty, Obitsu and 1/6 resins - basically anything 10-12inch/21-27cm or in the neighborhood.

Scale keyboard/synthesizer/electric piano?

Postby DollyKim » Fri Oct 05, 2018 9:56 am

Is there anywhere I can find a 1/6 scale synthesizer? Even if it's a paper print and glue one. Anything out there I could paint or fix up?

I have an old Barbie one, and have seen the recent music teacher playset, but I'd like something a bit more realistic. Unless it's a completely stupid and ridiculous looking thing.

Talk about something someone could make and sell.

This?

It about the same size as the one I bought from a brick and mortar store years back. The legs are a bit short but removable.

The only other thing I see is the 1/12 shorter version

The bigger 4 knob one and Kula should be 25cm cm

I bought one from Tiny Frock Shop a while back, but they see. To be out right now. I did find a few on eBay, including this one by Integrity Toys: https://www.ebay.com/itm/Electric-Piano ... SwPxVbb3fx

It's a little pricey, but it's also more realistic than the one I bought, and IT definitely makes excellent quality items.

Thanks :) I might have to get both, the player might demand a stack.

This day and age I feel it's pricey if it costs more than the doll.

Does that mean that since I've got a couple hundred dollars invested in some of my dolls, nothing is too pricey now? That's not something I want them to hear, two of them already run rampant with my wallet, and one of them knows how to low-key guilt me into buying her expensive Sanrio ReMent stuff for her room . . . And she doesn't even have a face yet!

Rement is worth it for smaller 1/6 dolls. Just note if the stuff is closer to Figma or 1/6 dolls. My dolls are hunting for a kitchen that would fit their taller action figure dude....

Don't let my dolls hijack this thread to ask if the American Girl My life keyboard would fit well with 50cmers. I'm suppose to limit props for bigger dolls.

Reini is a 27cm Obitsu, so some of the props (like the furniture) don't fit, but the things like lamps and stationery items fit her perfectly.

Is this a bad time to say that American Girl is technically supposed to be 1:3 scale so the keyboard would probably work? Maybe with different legs?

My dolls don't talk about how much ReMent they have, or how Orcara works just as well. Furniture wise I've stuck to Barbie and fashion doll size, it fits most 1/6ers and those it doesn't are intended to be larger than average people.

With American Girl stuff, or at least the Target store versions, my 45cm Dollzones could comfortably use it, and some of it feels a bit big. There isn't much that would keep my Obitsu 60 from using the accessories.
