More old stuff

Barbie, Jenny, Fashion Royalty, Obitsu and 1/6 resins - basically anything 10-12inch/21-27cm or in the neighborhood.

More old stuff

Random photos I dug up in my album at The Trenches.

A Joe on "Snow Patrol".

Another guy in desert gear (aka- Meg's boyfriend, MIke).

And speaking of Meg....

(I still think this ensemble is rather cute on her.)

Aimee, in the first photo shoot I posted at the Junky Spot forum back in '05.

I might dig around and post some more here, if there's interest. It's been too cold the last few days to take any new photos outside and my camera's "light hog" tendencies means indoor photos haven't been coming out too well.

Thanks! I was sure that I had a full-body shot of her in that outfit but now I can't find it.

I love the snow patrol picture. The outfit, pose and scenery work beautifully together.

Meg looks cute. Does she have a uniform to go with the beret?

Ummm... kinda-sorta-maybe. :? Here's a better photo without the jacket or beret:
Image

The uniform parts I use come from Dragon's three "mass market" female modern military figures; Amy, Jennifer and Heather. The pants and t-shirts fit OK, as you can see but the tunics are just too big. The second generation Dragon female bodies are longer in the torso and arms, and wider at the shoulders than Obitsu's 27 cm bodies. Weirdly enough, the pilot's jacket Meg is wearing fits well in spite being from a BBI Perfect Body. Since I haven't developed my skills as a tailor, none of these ladies have ever had a matching uniform shirt.

I'm interested in more of the older stuff (as I have not seen it).

I also like the snow scene - it is well composed and thought out. It looks very realistic.

Thanks! I must've had some good photography karma that day because several shots I took and post around the 'net turned out well. I was using my wife's little point and shoot camera and managed to get photos that were as good or better than what I've gotten with my DSLR.

Although people usually think of my girls as being military types, they actually spend little, if any time wearing camo.

Aimee, circa early 2009:

Meg's last military assignment, again, circa early 2009:

(Either Meg or Mike -third from left- should've had a grenade launcher. An oversight on my part.)

Meg had spent most of 2008 in "civvies" before the "desert op" shown above:
