On one hand he's cheap and hollow, probably so he can go swimming, on the other he's a few power tools from customization. The torso is one piece, tail one piece except for the snap on fin.

Aside from a possible head swap, to a rooted head if I do, there aren't any other plans. It's not ~that~ kind of doll doctorate.

It's hella easier to make a mertail costume and slip it on a guy.
